The Missouri Foundation for Health was outgrowing it’s existing office space and looking for a new home. They wanted to be an staple member of a community. For this, they chose to renovate and old iron work facility and sourrounding buildngs.
The Tower Grove Building was an existing building needing major repairs that was ultimatley unable to be saved. To maintain the urban context, a new building was built in it's place while respecting the previous history. The new Tower Grove Building adds extra ammenities to the campus. It consists of a large board room, a kitchen, cycle commuter facilities, and a small yoga/wellness studio.
